Poncho villains

Evidence exists that people have been making and wearing clothes for at least the past 30,000 or so years and advances in materials science, practicality and form have transformed clothing styles and designs over time. So what’s the latest and greatest addition to the world of modern 21st Century fashion? Reflective silver-foil spacesuits? No. A material that never needs cleaning? No. What was it then?

The poncho. A square blanket of wool with a hole for your head.

I’m glad these last few millenia haven’t been wasted.
