Scottish Ruby User Group

Cool. An informal Scottish Ruby user group are meeting in Edinburgh on Thursday 25th May (2006) at The Regent on Montrose Terrace (not Montrose Street).

I just hope that some punter’s dog doesn’t try to savage me this time. I wan’t even thinking about trying the karaoke!

Edit: Oh, and there’s a mailing list too.

    Karaoke?!? At the Regent? I’ll have to be having words with Alan and Colin about that sort of a thing! And the dogs are perfectly friendly so long as you buy them a pint now and then. :)

    To be fair, it was a very long time ago (almost in another life if recent events are to be believed).

    Saying that, I’m also under the illusion that The Regent is the one at the top of Abbeyhill. If it’s not, then I’m mistaken and should be slapped for disparaging the name of a nice pub. :-)
